Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.
The business lists hours on 2 days of the week. Typical hours are 11:30 AMβ8:30 PM. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (315) 488-2828. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, chinapavilionnny.com.
Its Google rating is 4.2 out of 5 from 296 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.
Syracuse is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Syracuse follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This has been our go-to take out spot for years and itβs always great. Good prices and large portions. They have a lot of gluten free options too and they label the GF items and pack those separately which is nice. Iβve never had a problem and theyβre always friendly when I come pick up the food. Highly recommend! :)

It's a great sit in Chinese restaurant in West of Syracuse. The dishes we ordered were very delicious and plenty. You can choose between fried or white rice ππΎ.

Finally, a good sit down Chinese restaurant that isn't just a buffet place. Yes, they had a small lunch buffet for $11, but I got a full lunch meal, served with the crispy noodles and a pot of tea - for $10. The lunch menu comes with a cup of soup (wonton, hot and sour, etc) and fried or white rice. The location is clean, quiet, and service was quick and friendly. I'll be back-

This was a quick to go order so I canβt vouch for the restaurant but what I had was very good. The shrimp fried rice was light and fluffy with good flavor and a nice amount of shrimp. My wife s vegetable and tofu soup was packed with veggies and a ton of tofu but was a little bland flavor wise. Service was warm and my to go order was done early

This was my first time ordering from here. I heard good things. But I wasn't too impressed. What usually costs me $15.25 for general tso combo with chicken lo mein was $19.10 here. And the flavors were lacking. They give you a generous amount on the combo. But skimp on stuffing the egg roll. And stuffing the crab rangoon. Which you only receive 6 small tiny ones. Pretty disappointing. Not worth the price. I'll order from somewhere else next time. Inside was quiet and Clean for sit down dining.
